Marketing & Communications (MarComm) is 91̽»¨’s central branding, marketing, and communications office. Roseman’s MarComm brings together talented staff from across a range of marketing and communications disciplines to carry out integrated efforts in support of the University’s highest priorities. These include marketing strategy, media relations, social media, internal and external communications, digital and traditional advertising, production printing, graphic and web design, and more.

Submit your news to be shared internally and/or externally. Submissions will be evaluated and shared utilizing one or several channels, including weekly news, social media, media outreach, SpectRUm print or eNews, blog, website calendar, or video monitors.

Marketing, Advertising & Design Projects

Whether launching a new program, student or patient recruitment initiative, or promoting an event, Roseman’s MarComm team will develop the strategy and design needed materials and resources, including flyers, advertising campaigns, invitations, programs, and more.
All submitted projects will be evaluated and processed, with some requiring strategic planning and implementation. You may be contacted by the MarComm team to schedule a time to discuss project details, including target audience, goals and objectives, timeline, and budget.
Production Printing

MarComm offers production printing for select projects, including flyers, booklets, invitations and programs produced by the MarComm team.
Website Services

The MarComm team manages the content on the 91̽»¨, Roseman Dental and Roseman Medical Group websites, including creating new webpages and implementing content updates. The MarComm teams also track website analytics and implement content and SEO strategies to increase Roseman’s digital presence and reputation.
Website Directory Profiles

The MarComm team updates title, credentials and/or bio information on the 91̽»¨ website directory. New employees are provided instructions on how to add their profile to the directory during Orientation.
Business Cards

Business cards are produced for 91̽»¨ faculty and staff on template designs. Please allow three weeks for production and delivery.

91̽»¨ branded materials and resources are available to employees via the Intranet, now located on Canvas. These include:
